From their long- ago rehearsals on the beaches of Swampscott, Massachusetts, to their performances as “the darlings of Beverly Hills,” and acclaim at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and major venues in Europe and Asia, Lynne and Mike have explored the mysteries and magic of American song, amidst marriage, aggravation and joy, all reflected in this unique performance.
Internationally-acclaimed jazz/cabaret artists Lynne Jackson and Mike Palter are among the most original and creative vocal duos performing today. Their sophistication and style is evident in their exquisite interpretations of both classics from the Great American Songbook and musical gems from more contemporary composers like Dave Frishberg and Stephen Sondheim. They are the recipients of the Paul Re Lifetime Achievement Award in Music.
